Hey! I'm Thao from π»π³ (or you can call me Amidamaru) who is passionate about programming, *nix thing and open source.
I love to deal with distributed systems, networking protocols and CLIs.
I build cool stuffs in Rust these days and try to contribute to the open source projects when I find the time.
I'm currently working on
I'm basically obsessed in DBs, compilers, PLs and try to get involved more into these fields.
My main target are:
- building my own open source projects - some ideas pop-up and yet so little time to build!
- contributing to the open source's world, below are some projects I'm getting involved in:
- inko-lang/inko: A language for building concurrent software with confidence.
- GreptimeTeam/greptimedb: once upon a time, I find this interesting blog and I love the idea behind
greptimedb
. Therefore, I thought it would be cool if I can contribute something for the project. - and so much more to come...
- improving my skills through the contributions: learn by doing - I think this is the best way to make my dream come true. So, lets get started!
- writing blog posts - I have a personal blog, will update the link soon once I finished updating it.
Through GitHub Sponsors, I would like to achieve:
- a sustainable income for my daily needs.
- a budget for my open source related expenses (e.g. server fees for a public instance)
- a burst of motivation for doing more open source!
- I will get one step closer if you sponsor me! π¬
