Hello, World!
I am Misagh Moayyed, a senior software engineer and contributor to open-source projects in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) field since early 2010. For the past 11 years, I have been working on and maintaining projects in the open-source IAM space, on a full-time basis, particularly those that are housed by the Apereo Foundation.
Sponsorship
If you or your employer/organization are using any of the open-source projects listed below, please consider sponsoring my work to further sustain open source development and allow me the means to maintain and continue to make ongoing contributions to all these projects.
Open Source Projects
You can find more information about my open-source work via this link. A summary and listing of projects I primarily look after and contribute to follows.
-
Apereo CAS: A multilingual single sign-on solution and Java-based identity provider for the web and beyond. I am an active contributor, release engineer and Apereo committer to the project and also serve as the project's Chairman, reporting to the Apereo board.
-
Apache Syncope: an identity management system for the enterprise. I am an Apache committer to the project and contributor of modest enhancements.
-
Pac4j: a security engine for Java with support for many authentication protocols. I am mainly responsible for SAML2 protocol support, Spring Boot integration, and participate in design or code review activities.
-
Java CAS Client: the official [Java client/SDK] for the Apereo CAS server. I am mainly in charge of maintenance and releases.
1 sponsor has funded mmoayyed’s work.
This would allow me to spend approx. 20 hours per month on a number of open-source projects I work on and manage, such as Apereo CAS. The funding helps me to be more active and involved with community support, resolving or triaging small bugs and more importantly commit to a predictable release schedule. I would be glad to evaluate your product and platform and offer a public review on your choice of platform, particularly if your service offering or solution supports open-source and its developers.
-
I would also happily schedule a call with you to collect feedback on the project of your choice every month and will work with the community, if necessary, to evaluate the suggestion as part of the project roadmap.
