API Extension: Names for Contract Definitions

Feature

Just like Asset IDs should become less prominent (#87), the Contract Definition IDs should also be replaced by names.

Structure

• Check if Contract Definitions have / can have names
• Add a Contract Definition name field
• Add a generation for the Contract Definition ID field
• Check for duplicate Contract Definition IDs and show errors if necessary
• Make Contract Definition IDs more prominent than the names in all pages where they can appear.

As of now there seems to be only contract definition IDs available in API so this would require backend / API changes.
