We do not explicitly state the expected access for the WebID Profile Document. Is it a MUST be publicly readable?

Here's my impression of what we should recommend as MUSTs:

WebID Profile Document : publicly readable, owner-writable
Preferences Document & Private Type Index : owner-only-access
Public Type Index : publicly readable, writable by apps granted permission
seeAlso files : may be public, restricted, or owner-only
