utApi routes registration in jsonrpc transport not compatible with ut-run hotreload #71

When utBus.serviceBus.jsonrpc.api configuration is enabled along with run.hotReload=true the following exception occurs upon saving:

(node:26640) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: New route /rpc/ports/someNamespace/someMethod conflicts with existing /rpc/ports/someNamespace/someMethod
