Add support for StartPrank cheatcode.

Additionally, update the test code introduced here https://github.com/software-mansion/protostar/pull/2144/files#diff-6dfe7cd86f7424374c89ad5354a61672144d43bdcab4aa2041e7bb02f1b64ff5R53 so stark_prank is used.
