Do we know why Badi Abdul-Wahid's listing is blank? Just an example of a speaker who didn't provide bio or photo?

1. On the speaker profile page are we showing the short abstract or long abstract?
2. Could we distinguish between current year and past year on the speakers profile pages? eg I think for Alison we're showing all her past talks (https://dev-scale-conf.pantheonsite.io/scale/speaker/alison-chaiken)
