documentation update proposal: dynamic modules

Between the blocks Install and Getting Started, in case of using the compilation of dynamic modules, it would be interesting to inform that at the beginning of the nginx configuration, it is necessary to do a:

load_module modules/ngx_nchan_module.so;

Those who have never used dynamic nginx modules will appreciate it :)
