Currently, we only have statistics for one person, invoked by

?relations @Nickname

We can simply add second optional Member parameter. By that, it would return relations between these two users in member1-to-member2 / member2-to-member1 form (maybe?).

We can also try to make leaderboard for giving and receiving, just as karma has.
