If smoke test fails, show why they fail to developers

I'd expect it to be at least hidden away somewhere in the thousands of log lines, but it doesn't seem to be in there at all. Combine that with the fact that devs don't even know those smoke tests are implemented or what they check (not visible in UI either), this is extremely frustrating. Basically, deployments fail and you get no clue why.
