add pod to existing env doesn't add hosts #105

(low relevance maybe: encountered during vsan testing on 6.5 vmware)
the pod is added to the target env but the hosts are not
in one instance the pod was added as a hyperv pod?!?

adding pod on kvm works

not sure if this is as designed but removing the extra pod env does noit remove it from the existing ACS (KVM)

adding a pod in vmware works as well, now. not sure what PR to attribute.
correction accidentally extra created KVM hosts got added as a pod, not the vmware hosts :( (@PaulAngus any clue for me to get this fixed?)
