We should add the Probation Advice and Campus Safety section to the first year tips page (original can be found here: https://sesa-uottawa.herokuapp.com/advice/firstyear

You can ignore the link to the presentation for now. However, all the text should be the same and the link to the foot patrol should still be valid.
