Help. First time using and setting up

I'd love to learn how to use this tool to help secure some IOS mobile apps. However, I've looked and looked and can't find a manual nor tutorial videos. I am a visual learner can someone please help me. I might also have misunderstand the purpose of the app but does it enable me to do a dynamic analysis of the applications on an emulator? Also what IOS emulator do I need get. I can't find an affordable one.
