e.g., config = verbose() or content_type_json()

snapops(
  httr::user_agent("batwoman"),
  httr::add_headers(a = 5)
)

then those are collected and used appropriately in the request

also allows easy option to use RCurl or other curl like client instead of httr, maybe, eventually
