In sapmentors/SITregParticipant#30 it was reported that a Co-Organizer that didn't use SITreg before couldn't login because of the error message "dynamic user creation". This is caused by the fact that the procedure:

odataorganizer/procedures/CoOrganizerCreate.hdbprocedure

doesn't check if the user exists.
