could not load tx-builder #163

Hi, I'm running safe containers on safe.meter.io, everything looks fine except loading tx builder page, it used to be working with earlier versions, but now it shows nothing. In chrome console, I don't see any error comes up so no idea why the loading is not successful. Any suggestions for debugging ?

Took me weeks to find out this is not related to tx-builder, nor does it has anything to do with safe-infrastructure. It's due to not enabling SAFE_APPS feature when adding new chains. We would have known that ...

Anyway, I'm writing the answer here in case someone run into this kind of problem again.
