Description

1. Navigation top bar. By default the links color should be text-primary. See design reference
2. Homepage. Title in Safe Smart Accounts are battle block should be align-center
3. Arrow icons in square blocks. The icons are outdated and need to be replaced accordingly to designs (the icons are not new, they were in design before, but it never was reported). Only Blog section is using correct ones. Change arrows in the following blocks:

• User & Developer
• Full stack AA
• Safe{DAO}

On hover only the hovered link stays white. We can also implement a slight ease-in-out transition of not more than 0.3s
