Make creating new label values more convienent

Currently, it sucks to create new label values, at least when you have a lengthy auto-inserted label info template configured. You need to scroll on every create, if you want to insert the label value name you need to click on that and blah.

Describe the solution you'd like

There are two to three things we can probably do here:

• Set the label value name input to autofocus, to be able to directly input the value
• Set a Shortcut to the create new button
• Autoscroll down again to let the mouse stay on the button

I thought about putting the create new button in the sticky footer, but that will probably cause ugly problems with the delayed loading of the values I built with #169
