Summary

Create student transactions history. This should be visible to Admins and Teachers. All students should be visible to Teachers.

Things out of Scope

Do not add permissions to limit transactions views. Now, all students should be visible to teachers and admins only. Do not add visibility for students for this issue.

Things to Consider

Intersects with #142 #144 #145 as the total amount in a student user's account would be a calculated value based off of adding funds via admins and teachers and subtracting funds via buying stocks.

Criteria for Completion

• Teacher users should be able to view all transactions of all student users.
• This feature should only be available to teachers and admins.
• Add a test proving that it works
