Create Add New Order button for admin Orders page

Create a button that allows the user to manually input a new order as shown in the screenshots below.

• After last render in window, should navigate to Pickups page after slightly delay

Acceptance Criteria:

• Inputted information is stored properly
• New order is giving a unique order number
• Navigates to Pickups page after stepping through the window
