Item view -- change Value Per Item to Value per Item in dollars #4790

Summary

On the item view, the value per item is curretly shown in cents. It should be shown in dollars

Why?

Consistency with how we show it in the rest of the app

Details

Recreation

sign in as [email protected]
click on Inventory, then Items & Inventory in the left hand menu
click on "view" beside one of the items that has a value in "Fair Market Value"
See "Value per Item" -- currently it is the number of cents

What we need

The value per item shows as a dollar amount (i.e., what shows currently as 100 would show as $1.00)

Criteria for completion

behaviour as described above
tests to confirm behaviour as shown above
