As of Flutter 1.20, the intl dependency needs to be at least 0.16.1 to work with the sdk.

Likewise the utf package is now marked as Discontinued.

Because inkino depends on image_test_utils any which doesn't support null safety, version solving failed.

Some other dependencies as well, can i fix?, also the package is discontinued
