For JNRCS, we will be making HIA part of the automated WhatsApp flow that will be the entry point for PA's to other options that are part of the helpline (direct messaging with an agent through WhatsApp or phone call by an agent), all part of the DEH system in Twilio Flex.
Ultimately, the goal will be to create one dashboard in Power BI, combining data that is automatically captured as part of the tickets that will be created in Twilio Flex, Kobo data (with additional data that agents will fill in after closing the ticket) and HIA data (because volunteers will use the same HIA to answer more informal inquiries by members of their community, outside of the Twilio Flex system).
