- hungry-rat: Neurophysiological appetite simulator, focused on appetite control & memory (C/C++, Python).
- purkinje-network-isr: Inverse stochastic resonance studied in a pattern recognition network of Purkinje cells (C/C++, Python).
- rl-fish: Agent-based reinforcement learning simulation, focusing on predator-prey interactions (C#, Unity3D).
- ropt: A bare-bones numerical optimization toolkit (C/C++).
- tan-model: A biophysical network model of striatal Tonically Active Neurons (TANs), focused on reinforcement learning dynamics (Python)).
