DDI plugin - sometimes user highlighted drugs do not show up in the form drug drop downs

This issue is unusual and a bit hard to replicate but high priority. It appears that sometimes user highlighted drugs do not show up in the form drug drop downs. Carol noted this with insert#26 that she highlighted fluconazole. When she clicked on the form, the drug is present in the sentence highlighted but not in the drop down. Sometimes with insert#8 the same thing happens.

highlighted "ketoconazole" does not come up as an option to select for the drug.

Ketoconazole, a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4, at a dose of 400 mg QD for 5 days, increased the AUC and Cmax of ziprasidone by about 35–40%. Other inhibitors of CYP3A4 would be expected to have similar effects.​
