My ethernet adapter/realtek driver needed for it made it so download speeds aren't picked up by istats menus or even activity monitor, common problem, uploads speed is shown

transmission shows download speeds in the program and int h dock, but the menu bar is most useful, is it possible to script transmissions download speed into the menu bar?
