Model monitors don't print to file

I tried both screen and model monitors inside a notebook. The screen monitor worked fine, but the model monitor didn't seem to be able to write to file.

I just fixed this in the example notebook. The original way we had this directory structured had the notebooks in a folder, but now they're in the root, so all the paths were off. This should be fixed now, but let me know if you're seeing the bug in other contexts.
