Provide an easy to use way to stress test recordings #5588

It'd be great to if it were easier for users to stress test their recordings which will gives us a better idea of whether or not our backend is doing a good job for them.

There are two ways we can do this:

1. OSS a version of our fuzzer that users who we know well can run and stess test their own recordings.
2. Add a "batch action" in our library for stress-testing the selected recordings.

How would the in-app feature work:

1. the user would select the recordings they want to fuzz
2. we would navigate to a new page which would visualize the state of the fuzzer
3. we would make it easy for users to share the results back with us
