What's the thinking here? If this is about giving some explanation of what interpreteer is, it may be better to have it on a separate page (or a separate website, e.g. www.interpreteer.de and app.interpreteer.de) to avoid cluttering the UI. Or, if it is about helping the user understand how to use the app, it may be worth discussing the specific parts we anticipate users struggling with, and thinking whether there are any UI/UX improvements we can make as an alternative to adding text.

I would have the texts that are now on interpreteer.de on an about page.
We noticed yesterday that it might not be clear what interpreteer is about by the three icons. On the other hand we want the user to focus on the actual content and actions. So maybe we should at one line of explanation above with a link to read more.
