PhpEcho v4

Hi,

The new PhpEcho v4 is still in development, please DO NOT USE IN PRODUCTION
The tests are not completed yet and some features may be changed, updated or even removed.

I wonder if it would be interesting to get the v4 running under PHP 7.2+.

Hi,

the version is now ok for production. As I'm migrating all my source code to PHP 8, i"m not really motivated to support PHP 7.2+ with v4, unless explicit query.
