easy to add ENABLE_FOOTNOTES, from here:
https://docs.rs/pulldown-cmark/0.6.0/pulldown_cmark/struct.Options.html

however largely the question is if this should be supported in lean's markdown.
Probably should just be an option routed through config.rs.
