v1.31.1+rke2r1 / v1.30.5+rke2r1 / v1.29.9+rke2r1 / v1.28.14+rke2r1 only released as pre-releases?

Hi,

is it intentional that the latest round of updates have only been released as "Pre-Release"?

There have been the usual rcX releases before, so I wonder why those are not "stable" releases?

So far I did not notice that new releases were set as Pre-Release first, IIRC they tags appear first and once the actual release is done those have been tested and are ready to go.

Or am I mistaken?
