For Rancher 2.10, the Dashboard (Cluster Explorer) has done a major upgrade of its architecture by going from Vue2 to Vue3. QA and others are testing the appropriate changes and things are looking good so far; however, as we're cautiously optimistic, we would like to warn Rancher users that we've done this upgrade and what to do if a page fails to load or misbehaves.

We're putting a headline in our What's New section that we've made a change and would link to a release note passage or somewhere appropriate where we can expand upon what we've done. We can work on wording but if you have an existing pattern on contacting Support, we should leverage that.
