What rendering mods are you using? Sodium, Nvidium, Iris, etc. Also, what GPU is Minecraft using

Intel hd 4400
Sodium and iris and a few other mods that probably aren't "rendering mods"

Turn up the capture delay I set mine to 120 for 16k
