Hi,
since some time it's possible to organize a chat group with so-called topics (See https://telegram.org/blog/topics-in-groups-collectible-usernames#topics-in-groups). They seem to be organized like thread replies, and their url looks like https://t.me/c/47110815/12345.

It would be great if we could add the sub id to the configuration so messages can be sent into topics. Currently, all messages land in "General" only.
