Swiper highlighting does not respect case-fold-search

When I perform a Swiper search with the default settings, I get results that indicate that a case-insensitive search is being preserved (e.g. I search for utah and get matches for Utah). However, the highlighting is always case-sensitive (e.g. the matches for Utah are listed, but they're not highlighted, although the matches for utah are highlighted).

I no longer care about this issue since I have developed a replacement for Swiper, namely CTRLF. Comment and I will reopen.

Ahem. My mistake regarding the transfers. I thought this was under the wrong repository, but it's not.

Reopening the issue as promised, and I will be happy to accept a pull request addressing the problem, but I will not be the one working on it (see #65).
