有新手打开项目主页以为全是英文的便萌生三分退意！
同样图片类的文件夹也可以合进一个目录，StarterLearningPython/ 目录占的页面幅度小了，这样新手一打开项目主页就能看到项目的中文介绍了，相对来说更容易继续学下去。
