5.0.1 win11 Handle is invalid - if large amount of content is "do not download"

What is the problem?

cant PARTLY dl torrent

Steps to reproduce

start download
choose half of files - no download
client will do smth for minutes ( on i5 13600ла!!!)
after it - Hand is invalid errors - cant download torrent

problems exists if to delete torrent and repeate all above

that file set to NO download...
