🚀 Describe the improvement or the new tutorial

The profiler tutorial at https://pytorch.org/tutorials/recipes/recipes/profiler_recipe should cover the new memory profiling capabilities like https://pytorch.org/blog/understanding-gpu-memory-1/ and/or point to the appropriate follow ups for the features supported in the profiler.
