This is on hold until pyt-team/TopoNetX#400, i.e., gudhi is not compatible with Python 3.13, yet.

karateclub forces us to SciPy 1.12, which is not compatible with Python 3.13. Until this is resolved on their end, we cannot add support for Python 3.13 to TopoEmbedX.
