Pydio Sync Folder Icon and Overlays

Some cosmetic improvements:

• The icon overlays for Windows Explorer, from the PydioHandler.dll, are not very visible when using regular size.
  One way to improve would be like the picture.
  
• The Pydio local folder could have a custom icon, to make it more recognizable.
  This can be done by creating a desktop.ini file on the folder:

• Allow desktop notifications to be disabled

The good thing about the icons we have is that they are discrete, informative and don't collide with other icons.
