It's not secret that most developers like/prefer to use IDE. So it will be great if ZenMake can be used/integrated with popular IDE. For example Waf has extras/msvs.py that can generate solution/project for MS Visual Studio. I have not checked it and maybe it doesn't work already but it can used as an example.
But generation of IDE files is not only way. If it is possible to use some native ways to integrate ZenMake into IDE then it will be better way. For example if IDE supports use of Makefile then such file can be used as wrapper for ZenMake.
IDE that can be considered: Code::Blocks, CodeLite, Qt Creator, MS VSCode(VSCodium), MS Visual Studio, NetBeans, Geany, Eclipse and etc.
