user stats에 해당하는 post, vote, 등의 액션을 통계에 적용하는 작업이 필요합니다.

방법 1
- 액션을 완료할 때 해당하는 유저의 통계도 같이 업데이트하도록 전부 수정
방법 2
- 주기적으로 모든 사용자의 통계 업데이트
