Describe the issue

My HDLG client boots up to a black screen on my PS2. I have checked for corruptions and formatted the HDD, and nothing. Booting up without the HDD connected still gives a black screen. I have some games installed, but can't install anything else; the program worked fine before, now all of a sudden it is just a black screen. I have also added a fresh copy of the HDLG client to my USB drive, but still nothing. I have tried so much, asked so many people, and got nothing. Can anyone please suggest something? I can't find anyone with this same issue.
