I want to find out what's the matter per legislator...
I tried top phrases by this legislator and I got the 1st: 153 counts of 'people':
While,
Then I tried the phrase 'people' over time limited to this legislator, I got 62 from 2009, 72 from 2010, 23 from 2011, 21 from 2012, 22 from 2013etc. which yields a sum apparently much larger than 153, which I got above.
Do I miss anything here???
Anyone know how is this top phrases by legislator working? Like is this count a result of particular timeframe?
Thanks!
