There should be a portlet available which shows the content of a linked listing collection/recent listings.

Options:

Custom title (e.g. "Latest Properties", default: title of the linked content item)
Link to activated listing collection/recent listings content (required)- Custom footer with link (e.g. "Show all properties", default: "More...")
Show/hide footer
