Improve robustness to MPlayer crashes #1

If mplayer crashes on some bad data, it takes out the rest of the receiver chain, including video recording. This was a problem on Horus 55 when trying to capture the descent video.

Suggest outputting received TS to a localhost UDP port, then have VLC or mplayer listen on that port. Use separate scripts to start each.
