added in API level 27
FINGERPRINT_ERROR_LOCKOUT_PERMANENT
The operation was canceled because FINGERPRINT_ERROR_LOCKOUT occurred too many times. Fingerprint authentication is disabled until the user unlocks with strong authentication (PIN/Pattern/Password)
