PHP error: undefined index in core.php

I am getting the following PHP error on every page of my site - including those that don't have comments (such as the homepage).

Notice: Undefined index: options in .../wp-content/plugins/epoch/classes/core.php on line 190

I am also seeing this issue. The get::options() call is returning an empty array. PHP 7 server, if it makes a difference.
