Hi @uhlhosting - these docs are all so wrong and this repo seems to be ~2 years old. I managed to get it all working in kube without hippo though - see my gitops repo here: https://github.com/DevLAN-io/infra/tree/main/cluster/apps/data/postal for all newer files to apply. I am using Kustomize and FluxCD to make this all work! Hope this helps.
